Scottsdale, Ariz.—August 19, 2009—41st Parameter Inc., the leading provider of fraud detection and prevention technology, today announced William Snow has joined the company as vice president of engineering. Mr. Snow brings more than 23 years experience in the software and information technology industries. He comes with expertise from both large enterprise organizations and several start-up companies. Mr. Snow will be responsible for the company’s product and quality assurance engineering, customer support and advocacy, and professional services.

Mr. Snow joins 41st Parameter from Identity Engines, an enterprise security firm acquired by Nortel Networks, where he served as the vice president of engineering and operations. At Identity Mr. Snow was responsible for hardware and software development, manufacturing operations, customer support, IT and QA. Prior to Identity Engines, he served as director of engineering at Stoke, a software development start-up that developed equipment for internet service providers, where he was responsible for software development and quality assurance. Mr. Snow also previously held the role of director of engineering at Cisco Systems.

Mr. Snow graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Electrical Engineering and also holds M.S. degrees in Electrical/Computer Engineering and Engineering Management from Stanford University.
